In 1997 I put out my first self published comic book. My on-again-off-again, love-hate relationship with self publishing started that day and continues to this one.

My current project for ComX PRESENTS is called Final Dragon. The subject matter, character design, and story is heavily influenced by 80s and 90s beat ‘em up, and fighting games. The artwork, and visual storytelling is my attempt at mixing the excess of 90s Image era craziness, with the solid clarity of Shooter era Marvel books. Can it be done or will I just create some form of mutant comic book that will destroy us all? Only time will tell.
