Fill in the below form to be invited.

At ComX Studio, we are seeking to showcase outstanding Australian Talent and Australian Creative Teams. Thank you for your interest in ComX Studio publishing your work. We screen every submission with, but not limited to, the general guidelines below.
Please read all our guidelines before submitting.
Also note, Submissions are by invitation only.

General Guidelines

ComX Studio only publishes creator-owned material. We are only interested in publishing original content. You, the creator or creative team, would retain all rights for all intellectual property and the story itself.
Please do not submit any work that utilises already-existing characters, whether they’re ComX Studio’s creator’s characters or other publishers’ characters. We reserve the right to automatically decline in these cases.
We are neither looking for any specific genre of comic books nor a specific style of art. Don’t feel you need to fit with our existing catalogue.
ComX Studio owns no intellectual property. ComX Studio acts as publisher only, publishing creator-owned material.
ComX Studio does not accept works that contain offensive, abusive, vulgar, racist, threatening or harassing content, personal attacks of any kind, or offensive terms that target specific individuals or groups.

Additional Anthology Guidelines

As with General Submissions, all Anthology submissions are Creator Owned.
PRESENTS and Presents:NOIR Anthology stories need to be 8 page stories exactly. There is no specific genre or art style, just colour stories go in PRESENTS and Black & White stories go in Presents:NOIR.
Full art requirements for ComX Studio Presents are, 1 internal title page for story, 8 pages of sequentials and an advert page for yourself or your team.
Other Anthologies by ComX Studio will have seperate requirements to the Presents Anthologies, so please see the requirements for each individual project.

How ComX Studio Makes Money

Much like any publisher, ComX Studio needs to make money for our continued operations. ComX Studio takes a percentage of the book’s sales. These percentages will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
It is the responsibility of the creators to determine the division of the royalties and sales between members of their creative team. ComX Studio bears no responsibility over such division.

Proposal Requirements

NOTE: Be sure to be invited to submit before emailing Proposal
When sending your proposal, we suggest sending a brief, typed email that summarises your project and your previous work, if relevant.
We appreciate it if you can link to any of your past work/portfolios to reference, for example, social media accounts, etc.
When working as a team please submit the above for each and every member as well as describe what each person will be handling on the project.
Please include contact information (name, e-mail address, address, and phone number) clearly printed on the top of the email. Submissions are responded to via official e-mail only, coming from our official submit@comx.studio email.
Submit your works to: submit@comxstudio.au
IF a team member changes, you must resubmit the proposal with the new lineup and all information.
Currently, ComX Studio does not act as an agent to bring together different roles for a project and as such, we can not accept submissions for projects without a full team (where required).
We are not accepting physical submissions, please send all submissions via email.
